Black Lives Matter

In August 2014,BLM members organizend their first national protest in the form of a Black Lives Matter Freedom Ride  to Ferguson, Missouri, following the death of Michael Brown. More than five hundred members traveled to Ferguson to take part in peaceful demonstration the beginning of the Black Lives Matter movement. But after the death of George Floyd, an unarmend African American who was killed by police officers during a police operation in Minneapolis on May 25,2020 Black Lives Matter became very well known on Social Media. The protest were directed against police violence against dark skinny people. The protest took place in all major cities in the United States and took place worldwide,vor example in Germany the demonstrations were not as extreme as in America,because well know people also went to these demonstrations there.However,the peaceful protest quickly turned into violent protest as they started robbing,damaging,of setting fire to shops. To stop this violence,an exit lock was posted in 40 cities and the National Guard was called in to support the Police in 23 states. During the protests,there were other cases of police violence criticized as disproportionate, including against journalists and over 20 people died Full streets, hundreds of people coming together to provide justice and fight for George Floyd and other victims of racism.Standing side by side with hundreds of people with mask in summer when the temperatur is high. You can hear shouts like this is for George Floyd.
