In November and December 2019 we talked about some aspects of Australia. We got to know some big cities and popular sites in down under, learned something about the Aborigines, Australian history and typical Austalian animals. Each student chose a topic of personal interest and wrote a short text which you can read here:

We created a timeline with important dates of Australian history, read about the stolen generation and listened to Kevin Rudds Sorry-speech. Some of us read the book “Rabbit-proof Fence” before we watched the movie “Long walk home”.
